Users

This is the required permissions needed in order to complete this action. If you do not have permissions to complete this action, then you will need ask the account owner to grant you privileges.  Users : Read Users

User Profile

A User Profile is an individual profile with name, email and password that is required to login. Once you have created your User Profile you will need to link it to a Company Account in order to create servers and other billable items. There is no limit to how many company accounts a User Profile can connect to

Company Account

A company account is an account with the billing and company's information, you must first create a User Profile before adding the Company Account information.

Adding Users

This is the required permissions needed in order to complete this action. If you do not have permissions to complete this action, then you will need ask the account owner to grant you privileges.  Users : Create User

To add a user profile to your company account select “Users”. Then click on the “Add New User” button. You will be asked to add an email. Enter an email address to search for an existing user. If a user profile is found you can select it. If no match is found you will be prompted to “Create New User”.

Assigning Permissions:

  • Full Permission

    When giving full permission to a user they will have access to everything the Account Owner does. Including billing and the ability to add new users.

  • Restricted User access

    With Restricted Access you can individually select the level of access you want for each user.

If everything was entered correctly you will see “User Added Successfully”. The new user profile information will be displayed; login, email and password. It is important to note the password will not be shown again. Please copy it to a secure location. Once you have checked off “I understand and have copied the credentials to a secure location” you can “Close” the window

Updating Users

This is the required permissions needed in order to complete this action. If you do not have permissions to complete this action, then you will need ask the account owner to grant you privileges.  Users : Update User

You can only edit the Permissions of the User for your Account. Once the User has been created only the User can edit their Name, Email and Password.

Removing Users

This is the required permissions needed in order to complete this action. If you do not have permissions to complete this action, then you will need ask the account owner to grant you privileges.  Users : Delete User

To remove a user profile select the menu icon for the user profile you want to remove and select “Remove”. From there you will be asked “Are you sure you want to Remove user (Name)”? You must enter your Password to continue. Once the password is entered click ”Yes, Remove User”

* If you do not have permissions to perform any of the actions, then you will need ask the account owner to grant you privileges with the required permissions
